Today we sit down with Doug Pflug. Doug retired as a Sergeant with the Guelph Police Service after 28 years of exemplary service. He holds an executive leadership, high-performance leadership, change leadership and managing for execution certificates from Cornell University.
Doug shares with us why that little dash on tombstones matters so much, what actioning vulnerability in leadership, policing and life looks like, how to identify your 4 core values and how the SARA model can help us keep grounded as leaders.
