I believe what we can achieve anything by pushing past the extreme. For me as an individual I look to pair myself with like minded and optimistic people in order to push myself towards my goals. Doug, is one of the rare individuals who holds this mindset. He never gives up, and is never satisfied once one small goal is accomplished, on to the next. For this, he puts everything into motivating and striving to see others excel as he wants nothing more than success for the people who deserve it.
